We offer free standard delivery on orders over £20 via DPD or EVRI. You should receive your order within 3 days of shipping, with the exception of peak seasons such as Christmas when delivery times may be longer.

Do all of your candles come with crystals?

Our clear glass candles are infused with variety of natural stones, natural petals, crystals, while our 2023 range candles do not include any crystals (these are in our Amber, Black and White Jars).

Yes, we take compliance with CLP regulations very seriously to ensure the safety of you and your loved ones. All of our candles and wax melts are labeled in compliance with CLP regulations.

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges and refunds within 30 days of purchase providing the item has not been used. Please note that as a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of postage for returns or exchanges.

The burn time for our candles varies depending on the size of the candle, but on average, our 200-gram candles have a burn time of approximately 40-50 hours. Our wax melts typically provide fragrance for 8-10 hours per cube.
